LEE HUNT SIGNS FOR BANGOR

By Dave Jones on Feb 1, 10 06:14 PM

STRIKER Lee Hunt signed for Bangor City today.
Bangor was the 28-year-old's first club when he came to the Welsh Premier in 2002/03.
Hunt moved to Belle Vue in December 2003 and has been top scorer for the Lilywhites in four of the five full seasons he has played for the club.
The fiery frontman comes straight into contention to play for Bangor against Airbus tomorrow night so is likely to turn out for City in Sunday's derby against Rhyl.

Glad Rhyl held on to Matty Williams...much rather see Matty stay than Hunt...i am not knocking Hunt but his disaplinary record is awful.

Interesting move that, their fans hate him what ive read on the message board in the past.

See how fickle they are now!!

Same with Rhyl and Kendall Jon, Rhyl fans hated him when he played for Haverfordwest, then he becomes a Lilywhite and he's an instant hero. That's how football works. Kendall was as bad as Hunt, spent a third of last season suspended.

I think Rhyl fans had a grudging respect for Kends before we signed him

The man we loved to hate.
