THE match officials for next Tuesday's Champions League tie at Belle Vue between Rhyl and Partizan Belgrade are Spanish. The referee is Cesar Muniz Fernandez.
The Partizan team will train on Belle Vue on Monday evening, starting at 7pm. Their coach, Slavisa Jokanovic, will hold a press conference at 6.30pm.

I would think a Spanish ref would be quite experienced so thats pretty good for once.
