BICKERSTAFF CLOSES IN ON NEW FACES
THREE new players could be joining Rhyl within the next few days.
Head coach Allan Bickerstaff is talking to a wide man who featured in the Football League last year, plus two top quality Welsh Premier midfielders.
Meanwhile, Luke Holden has re-signed for the Lilywhites for 2009/10 and others are expected to follow.
"Things are looking good; there are still a couple more players to commit themselves, but people have been on holiday and I'm not anticipating any problems," said Bickerstaff.

"two top quality WPL midfielders" ?
Better than what we have in Gareth Owen, Luke Sherbon, Conno, Danny Williams etc ?
Who could they be ? Must admit that I might have said the same last year, and signing Gareth Owen was a stroke of genius. So hopefully, I shall be just as wrong this year. It would be illogical to offload good players and then bring in just other squad players.
