TOTALLY USELESS INFORMATION - THE STORY SO FAR....

By Dave Jones on Dec 13, 08 12:16 PM

TOTALLY Useless Information first saw life on Lilywhites Online on September 1, 2008 under the heading Useless Facts.
The name Useless Facts lasted for one more snippet then the feature became known as Totally Useless Facts.
However, that title was short lived and for the last three instalments the feature has taken on its current mantle Totally Useless Information.
Here are the gems we have furnished you with so far...
1 THE attendance at Saturday's Scottish League Division Three clash between Annan Athletic and Albion Rovers was 937 - the identical figure that was at Belle Vue for the Rhyl v Llanelli game. (1.9.2008)
2 THERE is a football club in Norway called FART. Fotballaget Fart is based in Vang. They play home games at Fartbana Stadion. (9.9.2008)
3 RHYL'S first team and reserve team have scored exactly the same number of goals this season - 39. (15.10.2008)
4 RHYL'S recent home match against Caersws was their 500th in the Welsh Premier League...and they won it! (26.11.2008)
5 UP until last night against Druids, Rhyl had not conceded four goals at home in a league match since Connah's Quay Nomads ran out 4-0 winners at Belle Vue in 2001/02. (14.12.2008)
6 RHYL'S three goalscorers in last night's game against Druids were exactly the same three goalscorers from the previous game at TNS. Unusual as two of them are defenders. (14.12.2008)

Do you have any more useless facts than those connected with Rhyl FC or football in general that may be of no interest? Please submit your own most pointless facts to Lilywhites Online.
