NOT a vintage performance from Rhyl but in such difficult windy conditions the important thing was they returned to winning ways.
The Lilywhites took a 28th minute lead when Jamie Reed embarked on a fantastic run down the left and his cross was volleyed home in tremendous fashion by Neil Roberts who claimed his 11th goal this season.
Matthew Williams should have made it two when he fired over from a Gareth Owen free-kick with the Airbus defence nowhere.
James McIntosh had a good chance to reply for the Wingmakers just before the interval but fired badly wide.
Lee Kendall was forced into his first save soon after the break, but then on 58 minutes an Owen free-kick was bundled home by Greg Strong with home keeper Phil Palethorpe at fault.
Airbus replied soon after with a good strike by Ashley Williams which Kendall got a hand to, but could not prevent the ball coming back off the stanchion, but the visitors remained in command.
Four minutes from time Craig Jones cut in from the right, took on the entire home defence with a mazy run, and his shot seemed to take a deflection on its way over the keeper and into the net.
