Great news, this is just like when Peter Parry took over, top class friendlies at Belle Vue, remember Manchester City, Stoke City, Derby County etc etc? and Aston Villa when Lee Trundle gave J Lloyd Samuel a hard night. Better than that West Kirby and St Helens shite Hulsey brought in. Get the crowds in too, happy with this.

To be fair to Hulsey, he was desperately searching for clubs to play in early July in preparation for Europe.

I see Chris Llewelyn has signed a two year contract at Grimsby? Who do we turn to next Dave?

Is that question for Dave Jones or Dave Milner? Mr Milner would have a better idea I think, but personally I think the midfield looks strong now with Gareth Owen still a great asset judged on the performances I saw from him last season.
