NEW BACK-UP TEAM FOR STAZICKER
RHYL Reserves manager Jon Stazicker will have a new back-up team on board for the 2008/09 season.
His assistant will be Glyn Roberts while Andrew Wilmot is the team's new trainer. Both have considerable experience of management in Rhyl football circles through and the Sunday and Clwyd Leagues.
"They are both local lads who will not only give me and the players 100% commitment, but the club as well," said Stazicker.
"I'm really happy to have both on board and I'm sure both will do really well this coming season."
Stazicker also had a special message for John Hulse, the former Rhyl manager who left the club last month after winning seven trophies in six seasons at the helm.
"Myself and John had a great relationship last season, both on the pitch and off. He is great manager and a successful one at that; John has done a outstanding job over the last six seasons and I wish him well for the future."
Stazicker was delighted to travel to Northern Ireland on Saturday and see some of his young players impress in the friendly at Lisburn Distillery, Reserves striker Mike Roose scoring the only goal.
Training for Rhyl Reserves begins on Tuesday, June 24, at Belle Vue, 6.45pm sharp. New players interested in joining the club are very welcome.
