RHYL'S new manager will be announced on Monday, says a senior club official.
Managing director Dave Milner said two people have been interviewed for the post this week and club chiefs will meet over the weekend to decide on their man.
The way first team affairs and the club's playing side in general are run is set to change with much more emphasis on raising coaching standards.
"The club wants to progress its coaching and come more into line with Europe," said Mr Milner.
Tomorrow (Saturday) Rhyl will take a mixed squad of first team regulars and reserves to Northern Ireland for a pre-season friendly against fellow Inter-Toto Cup qualifiers Distillery.
Mr Milner stressed the reasons many first teamers are not travelling to East Belfast are not linked to their futures at the club.
"One has a wedding to attend, others have holiday commitments; the season starts so early with the Inter-Toto Cup it leaves a very small window for the players to book their holidays," added the MD.
This is current state of play with last season's squad:
LEE KENDALL - travelling to Northern Ireland, available for Europe, but will not sign for next season due to family reasons.
JAMES BREWERTON - is signed on for the Inter-Toto Cup but still believed to be joining Bangor City.
JOHN GANN - awaiting talks with the new manager.
MARK CONNOLLY - committed himself to Rhyl for 2008/09.
CRAIG GARSIDE - signed for next season.
STUART GRAVES - will join former team-mate Dave Cameron at Bradford PA.

GARETH WILSON - club's current longest serving player has signed for next season.
New players cannot be signed until July 4, but it is believed two quality players have already committed themselves to join Rhyl.
