INJURY SETBACK FOR MOODY

By Dave Jones on Mar 30, 07 04:47 PM

RHYL central defender Adie Moody faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines after suffering a fractured ankle playing for the reserves in this week's 2-1 win over Glan Conwy.
Moody, 24, was taken off injured in the 32nd minute of the first-half of Tuesday's Welsh Alliance game at Belle Vue. He had received a knock earlier, came off the field temporarily, but then returned to the action only to pull up shortly afterwards.

Moody is in his second spell with the Lilywhites, his first stint also having been plagued with injury.
He has featured in 24 first-team matches this season (10 as substitute) and scored an injury-time equaliser in the 2-2 home draw against his old club Newtown last month.
In recent weeks Moody had lost his first-team place and was a regular in the reserves.
